Welcome to Wellington

Peaceful and quiet, this affluent town has strong equestrian interests

Centrally located in the western part of Palm Beach County, Wellington is best known for its beautiful weather and status as the winter equestrian capital of the world. Host to the annual Winter Equestrian Festival, the largest and longest-running horse show in the world, this quiet town holds more than 40 weeks of equestrian competitions per year.

Boasting more than 65,000 residents, Wellington is considered the most populous village in the state. Part of the Miami metropolitan area, the city was named one of Money Magazine's "Top 100" Best Places to Live in both 2019 and 2010.

Affluent and thriving, the community offers tremendous real estate diversity — apartments and lavish homes are located within the same posh neighborhoods alongside an abundance of parks and quality schools.

Community events are many here, and residents gather several times a year for an Easter Egg Hunt, Fourth of July Celebration, Fall Festival, and Holiday Parade. There’s also an annual Food Truck Invasion, free movie nights, outdoor concerts, and more.
