Jeff came highly recommended by a good friend in the area. We explained what we wanted, which in the beginning was a very broad brush stroke across an entire county and many styles of homes. Those broad specs in the beginning did not include what we ultimately fell in love with. He was incredibly patient and understanding with us throughout the entire search process. He helped us to narrow down exactly what we were looking for in a home. Understanding the urgency in the market, he did virtual tours with us on FT when we couldn’t be there to see the place in person. Communication was excellent. He always answered our calls and texts and made himself available even on his busiest weekends. He knew the areas well and what was priced right and what wasn’t.
